Shipping Policy

Vacationeers is based in The United Kingdom (UK), we plan to meet all UK orders within 5 to 10 days, shipping is free of charge.

International shipping is available for a fixed cost of £7.70 (GBP). Packages generally arrive 9 to 14 days after dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Vacationeers, we stand by the quality of our, 3d printed accessories, svg cutting files, craft and hobby, products.

We will issue a full refund on any item returned undamaged within 30 days from the date of dispatch. For International (non-UK) customers we will extend the period to 40 days.

Quality control issues will be handled on an individual basis, please contact us directly before returning any item.
